I had high hopes for this resort given its stunning appeal, but unfortunately, my experience didn't quite match the expectations. While the environment is beautiful, the facilities didn't live up to the promised luxury, especially given the price. My room felt more outdated than refurbished, and the service during my stay left a lot to be desired, particularly at breakfast. Overall, while the resort has its charms, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a premium experience.

Service was inconsistent and didn't meet my expectations for a high-end resort. I found the staff to be overworked and uncommunicative at breakfast.
Location
7.0
The location is nice with a beautiful harbor vibe, but it's not ideal for a quiet stay, especially at night.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast had plenty of options but was lacking in quality and freshness. Some items were already empty by the time I arrived.

I had a fair stay at the resort with some upsides and downsides. The ocean view from the room was stunning, but the accommodations could use some attention, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance. The kids enjoyed the pool facilities, which added to the experience, but the dining options were somewhat underwhelming. Overall, it's a decent place that could better its service and attention to detail.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms are spacious but need refurbishment; the carpets were a bit smelly, which detracted from the experience.
Service
5.0
While some staff were helpful, there were miscommunications regarding check-in and parking, which caused some inconvenience.
Location
8.0
The location offers beautiful ocean views, but I would have preferred a sunset view over the harbor.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were just okay and sometimes bland, lacking variety for a longer stay.
Facilities

My stay at the resort had its highs and lows. The location near the marina was convenient for island excursions, but the rooms were outdated and felt unclean, especially for the price. The staff was mostly polite, but service took a hit during busy times, particularly at breakfast. Overall, I'd say it offers value for money if you're not too picky about accommodations.

The rooms felt outdated and were not as clean as I expected from a resort. It definitely needs an upgrade.
Service
6.0
Overall, the service was decent, but it felt unprepared during peak times, especially at breakfast.
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic, providing easy access to the marina and nearby activities.
Dining

Facilities

The hotel offers a stunning sunset view at Sutera Harbour and has great food options like the duck thin crispy pizza. However, the experience was marred by issues such as noisy rooms above the nightclub and some service inconsistencies. Overall, it has potential but needs improvements in certain areas.
Rooms
5.0
I had a noisy experience in my initial room right above the nightclub, which made it difficult to sleep. I recommend avoiding rooms numbered between 01 and 09.
Service
6.0
While some staff, like Edmund Sani and Kalaiselvan, provided excellent hospitality, others seemed disinterested which affected the overall service experience.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a shopping mall, but navigating nearby streets can be tricky due to traffic and heat.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was enjoyable with a few standout dishes. However, the poolside bar menu was hit and miss, with limited vegetarian options.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities include multiple pools and a beach, but access to swimming was restricted with red flags. The cleanliness and maintenance of common areas could use some attention.

I had a rather mixed experience at the resort. While the views were absolutely stunning and the beach was relaxing, the room cleanliness and overall service quality left much to be desired. Dining options were also quite poor, and it felt like the resort was not fully prepared for the number of guests.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was old and not very clean, with a persistent smell. The toilet had issues, and it was disappointing to find mold in the baby crib.
Service
5.0
Service was a big issue; it often felt unprofessional and slow, especially with requests taking too long to fulfill. However, some staff, like Anne, were friendly and genuinely helpful.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location offers breathtaking views and great sunset spots, but it's a bit far from downtown, making it less convenient for getting around.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited and disappointing, especially at breakfast with processed foods and chaotic service. The cafe needs a serious update in terms of both menu and decor.
Facilities
6.0
The resort has nice pools, which were one of the highlights of my stay. However, the overall maintenance could be improved.
